Wintersday: The Wondrous Workshop of Toymaker Tixx

The nights may be long and dark, but Tyrians of all races keep joy alive during the ancient holiday of Wintersday. While each race celebrates Wintersday in their own unique way, children all over Tyria share a common love of one thing: toys.
This year the city of Lion’s Arch will host the asuran Toymaker Tixx as their special Wintersday guest of honor. Before Tixx arrives in Lion’s Arch in his massive airship toy workshop, he’ll visit every major city in Tyria to deliver Wintersday toys and holiday cheer.

Alright everyone, I hope you are in the mood for the holidays because it is coming quick. Even our Black Lion Trading post is going to start carrying town clothes, weapon skins, and chests full of holiday treasure.
12/14/2012 Festivities begin
​
​Starting on the 14th things will kick off with the introduction of a new jumping puzzle in Lion's Arch. They suggest talking to the festive youth near the snow globe to help you get started.
​
Once you get the jumping puzzle done, test your throwing arm with a new PVP event, that's right with the holidays comes SNOWBALL FIGHTING!!
​
Late at night and feeling blue because your jumping puzzle and snowball fighting have come to an end? Well no worries go over to the Lions Arch Snow Globe after you talk to the Bell Maestro and you can join in the Bell Choir. Nothing like a little music to lift your spirits.
December 15th,16th,17th,18th, and 19th Events
December 14 Events
We have all heard stories but until now it wasn't confirmed, Tixx and his somewhat unstable golem Toxx are going to be coming to every major city in Tyria.

First the 15th is for the Sylvari at the Grove, they are the youngest race after all.

The 16th will be for the Noble Humans at Divinity's Reach.
​

By the 17th the Charr would have waited long enough,
he will stop at the Black Citidel, no one wants to get a throat ripped out after all.

The 18th, well that day is for the BIG and hearty Norn.
Hoelbrak is going to be alive with Ale and stories of heroic deeds!

The 19th Tixx will be going home to Rata Sum to share his toys with his own kin.
​
December 20 thru January 3rd
The remaining time of the event will be spent at Lion's Arch. Here you can go visit Tixx's workshop and play through any event that you may have missed while he was at the race's home cities.

Toypocalypse event will also go live.
All the toys in Tixx's workshot seem to have gone haywire. Not really a surprise but I am sure it will be alot of fun. Its a race to save Wintersday!
